If it works anything like chameleon, you'll need a custom OS, like you probably used in the tutorial. Are these OSes signed? That would be my first guess as to why it fails.
Can someone explain how one who turned their 9750gii into a 9860gii would be able to upgrade to 2.0.1? I tried sending it using the application available on Casio's website and it said "model not supported."

I downloaded 2.0 for Slim from here http://casio.bank.free.fr/index.php?mod=archives&ac=voir&id=128I clicked on "Telecharger" Is this the (magical) file I need? (OS 2.0 string support and cool random number functions)And is this file in English?
