Luckily for Casio, the classpad has an exemption for the standardized tests.

We can't make a table yet, since we don't actually know all the specs for the new classpad.

Indeed, we can't make a complete table - but from the information which was released publicly, it seems that Casio's new model will have:
* about two orders of magnitude (!) less user-accessible RAM than the CX (CAS) has: 500 KB vs. (64 MB minus the OS code+data, about 50 MB);
* at least four times less storage space (see the mention of 24 MB on the previous page, while the Nspire has 128 MB in total and leaves a bit more than 100 MB accessible to users).

The original ClassPad 300 has a 16 MB ROM chip and an 8 MB RAM chip (as part of an ASIC). We can expect the fx-CP 400 to feature a 64 MB ROM chip and a 32 MB RAM chip (stores most of the OS during operation). Processor should be the same as on their latest ClassPad 330 Plus: SH7305 with higher clock speed.

Well, that one confirms the SHA-4 chip inside, if that wasn't already a given.

I assume this means it will be much easier to port PRIZM games to it?

Exactly. It's the same Architecture all the Casio devs are familiar with.

I do not know well.
As i remember, there are only 2 games ported between classpad300/330 and fx9860.
The classpad use the touch screen and keyboard as input whereas prizm only use keyboard.
The screens also have different resolution.

The fact that they have similar processors helps far more than similar screens and input methods.
