CEmu: What is it?
@MateoConLechuga and @jacobly have just released a portable and open-source TI-84 Plus CE and TI-83 Premium CE emulator.

It is currently still in the early stages but is coming along rather swiftly. It can boot Ti-OS and has an interactive debugger available
