Although the version is 3.0.0.0, the OS seems very similar with the released 3.0.1.

wow, nspire takes forever to boot! and I thought the prizm's reboot time of 2 sec was slow (it is, compared to fx9860)...

Just leaked the TI-Nspire Color RS232 bootlog on TI-Planet:

Although TI-Nspire Color prototypes identify themselves as TI-Nspire CX, they only have 32MB SDRAM like TI-Nspire CM or older TI-Nspire and not 64MB!
