Gravity Duck for the PRIZM
« on: February 09, 2012, 02:41:43 pm »
Pierrotll has ported his recently released Casio FX-9860G game, Gravity Duck, to the PRIZM! The game is based on the original Flash version.

Currently it is only a demo so some animations and a menu need to be added, and the author mentions speed problems (15 FPS framerate), but it still seems very playable in its current state and the levels are quite fun. For those who haven't played this game, it is a bit like Graviter by Leafy, where you move around and to go to higher places you have to invert the gravity completely, while avoiding obstacles on your way.

You can download the current version here!

The graphics are exactly like the ones on the flash game. :D

Probably the emulator or it's a mockup. Maybe his trial run was still valid.

Ah :)
I ruled out an emulator because of what Kerm said:
Barely related, but if there's one complaint I have with the Prizm, it's the lack of a decent emulator that makes me have to take these @#%^ manual photographs.

Hi all, thanks for the news.
Indeed, I don't have Prizm, so I use the Casio fx-CG Manager to test my programs and to make screenshots (I use it on a virtual machin, when trial time is over, I reset the VM).
The big problem on this game is the speed, 50FPS on emulator, 15FPS on calc. I'm searching trick to improve it.

The download doesn't work for me, it's just colored text.  I'm supposing you need to be logged in?

Looking pretty good tho.

You don't need to be logged in.
You can download the game on the french version of Planete Casio.
Or use this link.

the graphics are fantastic =D. like he said, it's still a bit slow, though. oh, and it doesn't work with the PRIZM's auto-resume app thing, so trying to run it won't work unless it was not the last addin run.
