Omnimaga IRC channel is located on unitedti.org server. You can access the channel at http://omnimaga.dyndns.org/index.php?showtopic=1504. If it doesn't work try http://omnimaga.dyndns.org/index.php?showtopic=1503.

You can also use a stand alone client, like mIRC for example. In this case once it's installed and set up type:

then once you are in type:

Normally you should be in and ready to chat with other people.
