IRC Post notifier back up: pink username (read: Netham45) online more often!

After a month being down due to bandwidth issues, the bot notifier is back up on IRC. This means from #omnimaga or OmnomIRC, when a new post is made on Omnimaga, United-TI, TI-Freakware or Cemetech forums, the bot notifies the channel of a new reply to the topic in question. This should once again make it quicker for busy IRC'ers to know about forum activity, news and projects updates.

Same here, I loved that feature. That might also help bringning back some activity on the forums, because certain topics were getting more and more ignored due to people not checking forums as often.
