Juju2143 and Netham45 becomes managers

In light of my activity decrease in the last three months and our small numbers of managers with web programming and FTP/MySQL experience, we are re-organizing our team to move two of our Anti-Riot Squad members to the Manager user group: Juju2143 and Netham45.

-Juju2143 has been around for one year and gradually contributed more and more to our site with some new features such as the radio and other services, to eventually help on some of the coding. As he earned our trust, he eventually got granted extra privileges on the site so he could help on maintenance, then he started to help with the addition of new site features, such as some of the extra BBCodes and now an Axe wiki. It was only a matter of time before he would move up a few ranks. Tonight, we are pleased to announce that he is officially moving up to the Manager group. He will help Eeems on the FTP/MySQL side of site maintenance, along with possible new site features in the future.

-Netham45 used to be manager from August 25th 2008 until Summer 2009, but his waning forum activity caused him to be removed from the team. However, he still retained some site privileges so he can continue helping whenever he got the time. Eventually he created OmnomIRC and continued maintaining it with the time. Eventually he also returned on the forums. His renewed contributions to the community, along with site maintenance experience, now brings him back to his former site position again (well... masked by his lobster status, still...)

While Eeems, Netham45 and Juju2143 will continue to help a bit on forum administration, the addition of the latter twos to the manager group should hopefully make up for my diminishing activity and help each others when they are busy with school exams. Juju2143 might hopefully be able to help on forum-side administration as well, for adding/removing sub-forums and the like.

Well, while it's always sad to be reminded that DJ's activity is decreasing, it's good to know that Juju and Netham45 will both be promoted to managers.

They're both great contributors and I think they'll be great managers too :D
