kalan_vod who release
xLIB Démineur has made a clone of a clone, he made a clone of minesweeper with xLIB and made a clone of that in pure basic called
basic Démineur. It was mentioned in the "Secret reveled" news topic about how it is more impressive to have a game in pure basic with no additional support. Well it may not have been a challenge, but kalan took it that way. He decided to make it in pure basic! Which he did and is very impressive. I am glad to see him so active with omnimaga and hope to see more of his accomplishments.

CDI has released an xLIB powered program called
Animation Studio which is pretty unique among the BASIC animation tools. It makes/plays animations (up to 77 frames big) and around 5-7 FPS using 1 pic and 1 list per animation (a total of about 1200B) and it can play/make up to 10 animations, the animation screen is 8px by 8px (nothing to large I know) but it can make pretty neat stuff, if you know what you're doing you can even make GS animations!
