Some of you may be wondering what's up with Metroid II: The Last Chozo Expansion Set project. Well after thinking about it, I felt it would be better to start new, rather than re-releasing an alerady existing one, just with new maps and one secret item, so I finally ditched the Metroid II Expansion set idea, to instead make a sequel to the alerady existing version of Metroid II: Evolution. There will not be much new items in the game, but it will be in 3 lv grayscale, and not run slower than the original, considering only the map is grayscale, not the monsters, character, items and some of the boss. The only boss that will be grayscale is the one shown in the screenshot below because it will not move at all (it is the first boss of the game):
So far no story has been written yet, but it will probably be a sequel to Metroid II: Evolution, where you will venture in the world of Chozos, which was optionally possible in the now defunct Metroid II Expansion set.
What it means is that release will take a bit longer, as I have new maps to make, but it should be done before Christmas. For now, a demo is avaliable here (featuring the first boss fight and some other rooms):

Sorry for those who were impatient for Metroid II Expansion release, but I promise I will bring you an even better game.
For now I hope you enjoy the demo, even thought it's only 4 maps long!
UPDATE: This news was an Halloween prank for those who didn't clicked the download link (which made it obvious).

That's just because we don't doubt your ability to actually create a game like that!
I'll admit that I thought it was for real before I clicked the link to download.
I was expected an awesome game like Metroid I
