Another major forum sections overhaul: help section split by languages

If you noticed your calculator support topics seems to have dissapeared, don't worry, they're still here! It's because the calculator portion of the Omnimaga forums was revamped again a few minutes ago. Both calculator categories, "Showcase" and "General", were merged together, forming one big section just for calculator discussion.
However, the biggest improvement is the splitting of the help section into multiple categories. In the past few months, there have been a huge increase in help topics related to programming. So here's what happened: Both TI-BASIC and ASM routines sections were changed to also include help for those languages, a TI-Nspire/68K C programmign sub-forum was added below, then all concerned help topics were moved in those sections. The general help section was then moved at the bottom, since it's for other kind of help. All 4 new help sections were put as sub-forums to not make the board index too big. To keep the emphasis on the programming side of Omnimaga, the calc news and discussion section was moved last in the list.
As for Axe Parser, it was moved outside the Major Community Projects section, right between it and the TI-BASIC programming one. We felt that the project became more than just a major project, but a revolution in the TI community, and deserved an entire section just for itself. Also, it is used for Axe programming help a lot too, so it is good that it is located right next to the other language help forum. Axe Parser sub-forum almost averages at the same daily post rate as every other english z80 calculator forum combined together (except Cemetech).

Nice! I like the splitting, and the new forums that take into consideration recent developments (Ndless and Axe).

Good changes.
I was not aware that Axe Parser discussion was actually that important. Does Omnimaga ever had such focus other languages than TI-BASIC? Axe Parser was a nice surprise.

Omnimaga used to barely have any ASM programmer and very few 68K ones. But on the new site the former kept increasing slowly in amounts. The focus has always really been TI-BASIC and xLIB, though. Now Axe took a huge place in our community, though, since we can now do very fast games almost the same way we would do TI-BASIC ones.

Ya, I agree and the update is cool. Why does Axe have it's own logo though?
Just can't figure out why is all, or is it just that awesome?

I asked DJ that same question, he said it was temporary to make sure people notice the changes.

KermMartian did that on Cemetech with one of the DoorCS beta, except with a topic. At first, Axe logo was part of the topic title but it made the new posts list look weird. It's only temporary so people won't go like "hey where did the Axe forum located in major projects go??"
Btw, back in the EPS days, MLC language also had its own board. Staff projects were split by platform, but since MLC was for all of them and our major project, it had a sub-forum outside:

When EPS went under, Casiocalc.org did that too, but they do not have a major projects section:

Nice job moving stuff.
I was unaware Axe was *that* active. I'm really glad, as it's a revolution. Thanks for sharing, Quigibo!
