The source code of OSLauncher was indeed made public... but the source code of the program which can decrypt CX & CM OS, in addition to Clickpad / Touchpad / Lab Cradle OS, is not currently public
This program cannot, theoretically, be published by citizens of countries which grant any value to "Intellectual Property", "Circumvention Measure" and similar / related crap
As shown by the new version of Ndless, TI's new encryption scheme did not hamper reverse-engineering efforts in any meaningful way. It was nothing more than a minor annoyance down the road.
