Somehow I would actually call bullshit on this one. I think it's more likely this is a video of Doom playing rather than the actual game. Firstly - the executable file is only 400k - the size some kind of a video player could be. The actual game starts in mid-action, just as the Doom logo is in mid-fade, it plays too smoothly and perfectly without the device moving from the guy presumably actually playing the game, and then it just ends mid-action just as the presumed player is about to enter combat. It also ends by going to black screen, and staying there, just as you would expect a video to end.
