I modified permission masks on the forums, so now unregistered users are now allowed to post again. Now guests should be able to sign the guestbook again. Also if someone want to ask a question he will not have to register just to ask that question. Of course if there are any problem or if someone get banned (which shouldn't normally happen) it will be disabled again but things are fine now. However you still need to register to be able to review the programs in the archives and we still encourage that you do so if you are a regular visitor and if you have no problems with cookies/logging in.
