Title: Old news images URLs updated

I finished updating the old news URLs for images to unitedti.org instead of earthforge. Only two sections of the archives remains.

I also added a PHPBB skin modified for IPB for those who like PHPBB.

yeah I made it in about 30 minutes so it wont really look great. Notice the xLIB xLIB revolution logo in bg though ;)wink.gif


EDIT on a bad note the PHPBB skin wont look as fine in IE as in FF and Opera, oh well... but since IE is obsoleted by FF/Opera its not much a big pb
