The results of the third and last part of the contest are in! The
voting and judging part
ended last night: 25 members voted and Qwerty.55 and shmibs judged the three entries in 14 days. The votes counts for 100 points while the judges count for 200 points, for a total of 300 points (same ratio as Part 1 and 2). The winner gets $100 (about 70€) in gift cards for the online store(s) of his choice. As you see, the results were really close. Without further ado, here's the long-awaited results.

Congratulations to m1ac4, who won Part 3 of the Omnimaga Contest 2011 with 261 points out of 300! And congratulations to Ashbad, who was very close, the fact his project was incomplete didn't helped.
So that's all for this year's contests, congratulations to everyone who entered each of the 3 parts, stay tuned for the CGPN coming soon in your email inbox and good luck for next year

Congratulations m1ac4. It seems PrizmCity didn't win by the judges but it tied with Sequenced. I never played any of games, hence I didn't vote. However, if it was incomplete, it makes sense. I hope Ashbad finishes it though
Also, nice job JosJuice too!

If Ashbad had finished PrizmCity, he almost certainly would have won the overall contest. Sadly, it was unfinished, so we had to judge only on what was presented.
Congratulations to everyone who participated! You guys did great jobs (although I would have liked to see VeryEasyGame actually lose if you didn't press the button for 3 years
).

Congrats m1ac4! And methinks the big "Omnimaga 2011 Programming Contest" forum links should either change or be removed now

I would like to say congrats to Ashbad and m1ca4 for your work. I personally think Ashbad had great chances, although the lack of documentation or completion-ness probably didn't help. I hope it gets finished in the future.
Also I was supposed to post an article with all 3 contest results at one point, although I haven't gotten around to do it yet
