The results of last years POTY (2014) are finally in!
Winners are:
TI +83/84+: Reuben Quest: The Lost Mirror (me!)
TI 84+CSE: Jezzball (Kerm Martian)
TI Nspire: Crafti - 3D Minecraft (Vogtinator)
Other: KnightOS Kernel 0.6.1 (Drew DeVault)

Also woo nKaruga ended up second place

that's like winning, because everybody already knew Crafti would win

I thought VVVVVV would place waaaaaay lower than it did, so I'm content with how it turned out for me.
