I'd recommend XChat-WDK over the build that Netham linked. (For one thing, it's much more up to date, the other having been last updated in 2009.)
I tend to use a real IRC client anyway, so this doesn't really affect me.
Good luck with the re-write, Netham.

Spoiler For "PartesOS links":
I'll put it online when it does something.

I can set up a web IRC client on my server. It also works pretty darn well too, since my server is also part of OmniNET. :D

Currently, there's some serious downtime due to my VPS provider having some rather serious storage issues. See email below:

=========================

There is a critical outage for some VMware users in Chicago, IL. This outage is only affecting users
that are in a particular storage group that is across a set of drives in the same storage subsystem.

To correctly resolve this issue it will require a possible extended downtime for these customers this
afternoon.

There had been a plan in place to make upgrades to this storage system this month however, this
event will force this upgrade now.

* There will not be any data loss!
* Please be prepared for a possible multi hour outage for some customers.

Once it's back up, I'll install the web IRC client (or hire one of my server admins to do it). ;)

Yeah I noticed Omni loads a bit faster now. Also Netham45 I checked my bandwidth usage earlier this morning and it seemed fine. Slightly higher than normal but far less than that one week where my bro left plenty of torrents seeding at 200 KB/sec 24/7.

I PM'd the people who might see high bandwidth usage, you weren't on that list.

Who knows a good IRC client that works with windows 7 64 bit? Mibbit worked for me yesterday, but today, I couldn't get it to connect, and after several times of refreshing and retrying, it said that my ip was banned. Is there any reason for that? I don't think I behaved myself that bad on IRC yesterday.

Either acquire mIRC (best option), or get XChat.

Spoiler For IMPORTANT NEWS!:
Late last night, Quebec was invaded by a group calling themselves, "Omnimaga". Not much is known about these mysterious people except that they all carried calculators of some kind and they all seemed to converge on one house in particular. Experts estimate that the combined power of their fabled calculators is greater than all the worlds super computers put together. The group seems to be holding out in the home of a certain DJ_O, who the Omnimagians claim to be their founder. Such power has put the world at a standstill with everyone waiting to see what the Omnimagians will do...

Wait... This just in, the Omnimagians have sent the UN a list of demands that must be met or else the world will be "submitted to the wrath of Netham45's Lobster Army". Such demands include >9001 crates of peanuts, sacrificial blue lobsters, and a wide assortment of cherry flavored items. With such computing power stored in the hands of such people, we can only hope these demands are met.

In the wake of these events, we can only ask, Why? Why do these people make these demands, what caused them to gather, and what are their future plans...

Either pirate mIRC (best option), or get XChat.

Pirating software is illegal. Please do not suggest it.

While I meant that mIRC was the best option in general, I'm sorry. I've altered my post accordingly.
