unitedti.org and azzuri are 2 different servers that host the same network, kinda like how efnet is on a billion different servers.

back up now, it seems it has to be fixed separately from UTI server cuz when UTI website go back up it take a few hours before the irc go back

bump azzuri is down again so use unitedti.org instead, at least telroth warns before taking it down this time >.<
