erf, that sucks (but at least you know ...)(Also, is there a particular reason for not having a proper dedicated server from a hosting company ? For example, TI-Planet uses Online)
Hm, another downtime But don't you *at least* get your money back with that provider?
Also I seriously doubt that even for an unscheduled downtime that a provider would give back money unless you asked them, unless it lasted more than 3-4 hours or so. I'm betting that if someone's site goes offline for 10 minutes at 5 AM and no one notices (by visiting the site or via any logs), the company will most likely not bother, since they are all there to make money. Unless Ubiquity is more honest than usual.
The only major problem we encountered so far I think is the compatibility issue with the negative topic/post IDs (what seems to cause the postcount and topic sorting to be messed up).
