Actually some of you might not know yet but EPS is dead, most staff voted for disbanding so far because no one post here anymore due to forums problems and such. When I saw it was dying I started thinking about starting a new team, however I dont want to start with a forum only site from scratch, seeing how hard it is to start up so instead I plan to start a programming team on Omnimaga forums. So far the forums are into a activity outburst, getting between 55 and 90 posts a day so its alerady going pretty well.
I am looking for good z80 and 68k programmers for any language (BASIC, ASM, C, ETP, etc). I am not only accepting RPG programmers but programmers for any game genres/programming tools as well. Basically Omnimaga will have a download section for RPGs from the community as well as one for staff programs/games. I am looking for active staff.
If you are interested PM me on the forums with the following info:
-Programming languyage you know
-Current project under developpement and screenshots or demos if possible
-etc
EDIT: I now accept PC programmers as well, there was some interest for this on other forums. It will be more game oriented though and not necessarly for calcs

Great idea... I want to help... I'll send you a PM as you requested.
This topic really needs to be visible on the homepage. Can you move it to the "News" section?

@CDI well it would be better so I can keep track of everyone who applied. Dunno how it will work out with MaxCoderz staff application (since they have that weird policy about dissalowing their staff to be in two or more programming team). I mean Patori joined EPS but a month later he joined MC and he left EPS immediately afterward
. I would hire you though
@spellshaper : basically as staff you would be mostly making games, like you are doing right now, as well as moderating the general discussion forum, since staff have more forum permission. But since there arent much forum moderating to be done here besides merging double-post and moving topics I'll be able to handle this job alone so it shouldnt take much time
what take more time is if you are visiting like 3-4 forums or running 4-5 websites at once

Omnimaga, but I will try to find a new slogan idea, but since I dunno how it will look on the banner thats why the logo is gone in case I have to move it and I wanted to remove it now in case ppl think omnimaga programming team is RPG only (the slogan was "Your Calculator RPGs Headquarter")

Well, I'm glad you're trying to salvage stuff from EPS, just as I started EPS mostly for former Drubu members. I don't think I will join though, since the only real reason I would join a programming group is for the community attached to it, and I'm already a part of the Omnimaga community.

It would be cool if some active staff from eps came here and joined or came at casiocalc.org to help MLC2. At least if EPS stay online for another while Casiocalc members will be able to save all MLC2 stuff that was forgotten on the EPS website (current version are also in Omnimaga archives) so nothing will be lost, besides (unfortunately) the posts.

"Your Calculator RPG Headquarters" really provided Omnimaga a solid identity.
You knew exactly where to go if you are looking for calculator RPGs. :hi:
However, I am always open to new ideas.
