well its kinda part time
basically you still code for calcs but get your projects featured on front page forums instead of in individual topics or sub-forums
Being staff wouldn't be much more work than you are probably already doing on your game. I'd say go for it and maybe you'll get lucky.

Sorry Ranman, I don't plan to join, as I already discussed with Kevin on IM a few days ago. I'm done with programming groups, at least for a while... though I'll see. The only point in joining this group would be to be part of the community, and I already am, aren't I? I'll be here about as much as I would if I were on the team, I'll still work on the same projects, and give updates about as often.
Anyways, enough about me. Congrats to everyone who was hired!

Well, I'm not sure on all specifics of it (ask Kevin) but I'm pretty sure its just continuing working on your game and you get your progess posted on the front page instead of a sub forum. You also get global moderator privelages but people at Omnimaga are really good about following the forum rules that you barely ever have to fix or change anyones posts.

I agree with that stuff, staff wont have global moderator privilege like managers though, they can moderate their own projects forums as well as the free discussions but not the whole forum. They have a front page forum though.
I still hope to se you around dysfunction. What I fear now is that Revsoft is kinda inactive and it would be sad if their members left and decided to go all at MaxCoderz instead because in the big forums the only one I visit is UnitedTI so I would probably lose contact with lot of people in the community

It is based off a telnet game...
Anywho, thanks for hiring me. Do you think I can get a forum just called Age of Darkness Series?

I already have a programming group; if I'd had none, I'd like to join for sure!

hmm generally I put forums only for projects and since you discontinued AODR I deleted it
I though about putting an archive with links to old staff programs and have discussions for them
