Altough you might have seen me here often on the website you probably noticed that I haven't programmed anything huge for calculators for over one or two month. Right now I have some ideas about a new game but this post is just to let you know about what might happen in the future. If I don't start any new huge project in the next 2 months or if I start a new project and it fails due to lack of time or motivation this will mean that I am not feeling like programming for calcs anymore and I'll officially resignate from calculator programming. If, however, I start a new project and it become successful or if it fails due to lack of memory or because it's impossible to do on a calc we'll see then and maybe I'll try another project.
In conclusion this news is just to let you know about my future "possible" retirement from TI programming. However keep in mind that Omnimaga will stay alive, with regular updates about recent RPGs and stuff I'll still be visiting the forums regulary to give support and seek for new games. In other words I will probably devote my time on my website instead of programming.

What about 68k programming? You should give that a try, it
will
make you change your mind. BASIC and especially C on 68k calcs are very easy and very powerful, and you can use simple functions to achieve great results.
See, I was right the first time Kevin, the Nintendo DS took you away from the calc community :paf:
Btw,
please
at least consider making a Reuben Quest for the 68k - in other words get an 89T and start coding! :warrior:

I dont have a DS yet
Since C and ETP are not on calc, does this mean we dont need the calc at all to test, just the emu? This would mean I can start coding before getting one

That's 100% true.
