The end of Revsoft?

As some of you are aware, the website and forums for
Revolution Software
(the TI-83+ programming team that produced WabbitEmu, Spasm and was working on ASM Pokémon and Zelda clones) have been down for almost a month now. It appears that the one who hosts the website or pays for hosting it (KevinJB/Rezek) is no longer reachable. This means they may have to switch to a new hosting provider to put Revsoft back online and have Jim_e point the domain name (which he owns) there. However, there haven't been any signs of life of any website resurrection project. Some of their calculator files were put elsewhere so they are still downloadable, but the location is not well known and some major projects such as WabbitEmu are still not available elsewhere.
Two of the website admins, Madskillz and Spencer, are still active in the TI community, the third one isn't, but still shows up sometimes and pays for the domain name and some staff such as BuckeyeDude, NanoWar and AaroneusTheGreat are still active coding as well.
However, with the site gone for this long, could this means that Revsoft is being disbanded as a programming team?
Hopefully, they will sort things out in the near future and Revsoft will live again as a community.
UPDATE (May 5th 2010): According to Madskillz, the founder of Revsoft, the site should be back up near the beginning of next school year. In the meantime, they will have a few surprises for the TI community.

Does anyone know why KevinJB/Rezek is unreachable?

No clue. According to Buckeye, he hasn't been on AIM in ages. I remember I had it on AIM but it was years ago. I believe Madskillz and Spencer also e-mailed him and got no response.

Hmmm, that's weird. That's one of the troubles about not knowing people in person or something like that. Hopefully there is some logical explanation behind it all though.

True, altough even when knowing someone IRL that can happen too, especially when living far away

Jim e pretty much left the scene as well, though i think he still checked up from time to time.
I find it unusual for rs to have been down for so long.

What I found weird is how the site has been down for so long even thought they have two admins and three staff that were still active. I would have guessed that by then, they would have got new hosting and put a temporary board there, like MaxCoderz did back then. They did not have a lot of activity, but they were still kinda there. Buckeye posted updates of Wabbitemu on group.revsoft.org, Spencer did the same with his Zelda map editor, Buckeye posted screenshots of his grayscale Pokémon on their board and I believe Wabbitcode had regular progress. Now it's no longer possible to see progress on their stuff and some people migth think they're all gone from the community.
Otherwise, if a site restoral, even from an old backup, is impossible anymore, couldn't they merge with MaxCoderz or TI-Freakware. MC is pretty similar to RS in the way the team is mostly z80 and game oriented and a lot of their staff used to post on both forums. As for TI-Freakware, AaroneusTheGreat is already staff there.
I hope a downtime this long is not a sign that their activity status in the TI community did not change to retired
Or are they working on a brand new site? (I kinda liked the one they had
)

I hope it comes back, even if not in the same form or domain. They had a really great team of programmers and some of the coolest projects there and it was one of the few places where I could get really advanced assembly help.

Ha ha we aren't done...not yet anyhow. Me and Spencer have been actively talking here, and I cant promise when we'll be back up, it may be as late as August. However I will say that before we come back up we have a few surprises to be put into place. One thing that I want to get is some more staff, I will probably post some messages around for new staff in a bit.I would rather us stick with revsoft.org but if Jim never checks his email I wont be able to do anything about that. We may move to something temporarily at least I have board that we can use but I'm gonna talk to spencer first to see what he wants to do.
I'll keep you guys posted on any updates.

Yea, it really sux that you guys have had this downtime. I hope you guys can get Revsoft.org back up and running even if you have to change hosting. It wouldn't be the same without the Revsoft name, ya know?

I think right now they are planning to have a temporary place to put all project files unavailable on ticalc.org so they can still be downloaded since people often ask where to find them.

Anyone looking for the linux version of wabbitcode...I was told that the linux version was pretty buggy and you are better off without a version. Sorry for the inconvenience but it looks like the most reliable update versions are only going to be maintained for the Mac OS/Window systems

Aw sorry to hear
I think Tanner was looking for one, but IIRC he also has WIndows, so he could simply develop under Windows for the time being.
Do you think somebody will resume Wabbitcode for Linux at one point?
