Ah, I thought it was always sold in 10s for some reason That makes more sense, then. I was afraid the CX would be ridiculously expensive for some reason.
Well, I was pretty happy with the specs of the Nspire except for the awful screen and design. Seems they're fixing the screen, and we can only wait and see what they do with the design.
I'll gladly fork over hundreds for what'll likely just be a 16-color screen, instead of a 16-grayscale one.
I knew it was inevitable that TI would come up with a response to the Prizm, but I didn't think it would be this short. My concern though is that some of the new Casio programmers might switch over to the Nspire CX because now it might be fully open to C development faster than the Prizm. What I was hoping for was that a couple of good games could be released for the Prizm before the CX came out in order to protect a struggling Casio community.
