Runer112 has recently posted a modified XML file for use with TI-Program Editor for Axe programming instead of TI-BASIC. Although nowadays there are easy-to-find tools such as SourceCoder and TokenIDE to program TI-BASIC and Axe Parser programs, some people like to use the TI Program Editor that was only included with TI-Connect 1.5. This software was removed from TI-Connect package afterward, but can still be found on certain TI websites if you search carefully.

The XML file will change the required tokens to Axe ones, making it easier to use this software to program in Axe language. You can download the file modification here and find the original topic here.

In addition to that, Kindermoumoute has been working hard on a French Axe Parser tutorial hosted on the Site du Zéro general programming site. Lots of progress was made in the past few months and if you speak French, you can find it here.

^ this. Personally I code on-calc but I know some people still use the TI editor and I often heard it was quite good too.

Does anyone know if the TI Program editor works on 64 bit systems?
