has decided to take legal actions against Omnimaga, for having now a registered members online record on the forums that is higher than on their forums.
Every Omnimaga staff received an e-mail and will receive a cease and desist letter in the next few days. This conflict started right after TI-Freak Ware admin saw on CBC news Canada that 9 registered members were browsing our forums at 16:47 GMT-5 DST all at once.

As reported on CBC news some users would have experienced page execution time up to 378.0256 seconds, due to the high traffic and within the next hour we got 2 new registered members.
From what we know so far the lawsuit could be up to $20000 US and could raise if the number of user online at once record increase again within the next days. We are going to discuss this with TI Freak admin to try to find out an alternative to this.
UPDATE (10/09/2005): Altough this is fake, yesterday there was REALLY 9 members online browsing the forums at once. I immediately took a screenshot of it, which can be found
