I just noticed those in the OmnomIRC online list there are users called :0 and :2. What are those? ???

AxeWiki does something. Just that nobody edits the Axe wiki anymore.

Yep, it spits out the recent changes of the wiki. You should try. (No spam/vandalism just to test this though.)

And um I never heard of :0 and :2, who are them?

Some people either idle on IRC instead of closing their IRC client everytime they leave. Others may be using something to remain connected even after closing their client too.

I think _ is Genolo, though (on OmniNet)
