I want it to be able to put stuff in a organized fasion for starters this is a list of all (what i think are) the bots in the channel. feel free to add and edit as needed

Well i poped the idea of a znc connection for sanctioned user bots (eg bots with permission to only) to connect to to keep the user list down cause that's a lot of bots

omnomirc doesn't have permissions anymore, therefor there is TopicBot now

it's like a software that connects to IRC then responds to certain lines of text by people. For example, some old IRC bots will work like this:

<username> !seen AssemblyBandit
<ActiviBot> @username: AssemblyBandit was last seen in #channelname 17 minutes ago

There are many kind of bots too. Google bots, Weather ones and ones that gives documentation of BASIC/ASM commands. Since mIRC and other IRC clients support programming languages, there are people who use scripts that makes them act like both regular person and bots at the same time, like Runer112.
