I personally don't see much point unless the browser allows windows to remain always on top, though. Else if it goes in the background when clicking on a maximized window, then it pretty much defeats the point of having a pop out option instead of fullview
A touchscreen (Ipad) problem:It expands, showing every chat message, and pushes the normal Omni interface down, and never stops. I have to do collapse or full screen. So I usually have OmniIRC and Tapatalk open at the same time, and tapatalk doesn't show every post.
This happened in the default iOS 4 browser as well when I had an iPod Touch over three years ago. Everything stops loading when this happens because of the resulting extreme CPU/memory usage. I think this glitch happens on every single iOS-based proprietary browser.I don't want to check if it still happens in iOS 4 because I heard that older iDevices explode if you try to recharge them after leaving the battery empty for several months in a row.
Yeah, mobile devices is a whole branch I still have to officially add support for.
