Links in OmnomIRC have a target="_TOP", not target="_top". Apparently it is case sensitive.

*bump*

_top opens the link in the current tab, while _TOP opens it in a new tab named "_TOP," and subsequent links all open their links in that new tab. Can this be changed? It is case-sensitive.
