I wish someone could start and make an Earthbound remake for any calc. (i prefer 68k) Earthbound is my most favorite RPG game.

it's about ness, and his friends. One of my best friends was totally obsessed with EarthBound, i hear it's very good! :)smile.gif The gameplay is odd, not what you'd usually expect as the characters fight with bats and frying pans...! :)smile.gif

Same here, one of my friends thinks Earthbound is the best game ever... hell his sig for gmail has something like "I pity those who don't know the experince of playing earthbound" or w/e

Sounds a lot like Super Mario RPG Legend Of The Seven Stars. Yeah that'd be pretty cool. You could prolly do it in xLIB pretty good too. It'd be very big though.

lol, he's not that far gone, but he did buy earthbound 3 in the japanese version, and beat it, not knowin any japanese at all :)smile.gif I loved Super Mario RPG, by far a great game...another good remake someone could do! :)smile.gif

EB is a terrific game with an excellent sense of humor.  I happened to find it randomly at a flea market a while back, and although it's very tough sometimes, it's a fun little break from serious RPGs that still manages to pull off an amazing storyline and some... interesting... foes...

Master Belch/Barf, the 5 moles who think that they're all the 2nd strongest of them all, a freaky statue in a dream world where paintings attack you...

i doubt it is even sold here at all, I never seen it in stores, even for the N64

I know its for the SNES, but there is a N64 version too, but both were never sold here. About roms yeah thats stuff that shouldnt even be mentionned on the boards XDsmiley.gif

ya, the N64 one was cancelled.  The SNES ver. would be too hard to fit all of it on the calc.  you'd have to cut out quite a bit.

Yeah, there was supposed to be a N64 version, for Mother 3 but they had problems with the 3d engine.
I try to play mother 3, but its quite hard. I hope they get a translated version. But I doubt it would happen.

Someone could first create a remake of Earthbound zero. That game is for the NES.

I think that would be awsome to play a game from the mother series on the calc, but if it did make it to production ti would take awhile to make.
