Yah, I'm wondering who it is, too. But the game should be worth the wait.
Recently there are a bunch of games that are being worked on for the 89 (CF, SM68k, Ultima, SMA, etc.).

EDIT: nvm i saw it was hosted on Geoshitties and they doesn't support remote linking/hotlinking from external sites
