I like the first screenie Spelli. Except perhaps the gray stuff should be moved down a couple pixels so "THE RPG" would be a little more clear.

Oh that's maybe a bit late; but I think 68k-asm is fast enought to create a good 8-level greyscale...
@spellshaper: how about making a 100*160 8-grey title :pop:
^^
btw: wich program do you use? I never found a 'jpg -> asm-grey'-prog for 68k calcs...

Using
http://www.ticalc.org/archives/files/fileinfo/90/9070.html
, I now have teh ability to make lvl-8 greyscale pics for TI-89/92. Except that I still need a proper compiler to make .9xz-files.
Besides, doesn't the LCD of the TI-92 have 240x128 pixels instead of 160x100?

doesn't like compilers, mainly because he wasn't even able to get TASM up and running. >_<

nonono its ok you didnt started a flame war, and even if it would have it was unintentional, it's just that on some other forums and IRC chat some ppl started posting anti z80 flames, and I even see the opposite >.> I doubt this would happen here though, as we are kinda mixed between z80 and 68k users

That is awesome, Spelli!
Would there be any way to make this:
Look kind of like this:
I know one uses 4-level grayscale and the other uses 8-level grayscale, but if it is possible, that would be great
.

I would imagine 8-level grayscale on a 68k calculator would be flickery and drain the batteries a lot. If I also made the maps with 8-level grayscale, they would probably take up an aweful lot of space.
