Ya background image would be it. I could make two and switch 'em to give an animation of movement.

For updates: I was working on the police cars yesterday. They wouldn't show up tho. :(sad.gif So anyways, nothing really new yet anyways. I'll figure out what's wrong later. LAN party today. \o/

police cars working, complete with flashing lights. They chase you and try to smash you, but they are dumb and you can easily make them crash into other cars. \o/
