--- Syntax for Compressing Data ---
[Matrix]:prgmMATC
Result:  Compressed martrix in Str0 and Ans.

LIST:prgmMATC
Result:  Compressed list in Str0 and Ans.

If you want extra compression, do:
.8:prgmMATC
and it will compress one iteration's worth of repetitive data.

--- Syntax for Decompressing Data ---
[Packed string]:prgmMATC
(Ex:  Str0:prgmMATC)
Result:  Matrix or List in Ans and Mat J or List 6

--- Data Limitations ---
Numbers in matrices and lists must be non-decimal, and range from zero to 235.
