AFTER PLANET CODE Z WAS DESTROYED TO ANNHILATE THE REMAINING METROIDS, ONE METROID SURVIVED. HE FOUND REFUGE ON A HUGE COMET WITH LIFE FORM. HOWEVER NO ONE REALIZED THAT THE RADIATIONS COULD HAVE CAUSED THE LAST METROID TO MUTATE IN SOMETHING THAT COULD DECIMATE THE ENTIRE HUMAN RACE IF IT MADE IT'S WAY TO THE EARTH. THE NEW SPECIMEN KNOWN AS METROID OMEGA CAN REVIVE SLOWLY IF LIFE FORM IS PRESENT NEAR HIM. OTHERWISE HE IS GONE FOR GOOD AFTER A FEW DAYS. SAMUS MUST GO ON S5G8 COMET TO DESTROY HIM AND THE COMET ITSELF.

yep it is. well it didnt had much of a storyline, like my game (you see the story at beginning and thats about it), but it was about destroying a planet by defeating mother brain to annhilate the metroids. Mine is similar, except that it's to annhilate a mutated metroid that survived to the previous planet explosion ^^

Not bad... I've seen far worse.  It's definitely workable, and you can pull off a game around it.  Obviously, it's not really detailed, but then again, it's a calc game and any more detail will run you out of memory.

Overall, thumbs up.
