so, you can have a 84 programmer against an nspire programmer?

as long as you can transfer the source code between the two calcs, it's fine (keep in mind this is with the 84+ keypad, so it's the same as that on a 84+)

this will be quite a challenge(mostly organizing two people's efforts). im thinking pm's to set things up and then conversing via private irc or gmail(seeing as we would most likely be using email to transfer demos back and forth), just in case you end up stuck with me.
EDIT: a song about teamwork and happiness to get people hyped  :D!

if you're talking to me, you won't be stuck ending up with me -- I'm the judge ;D

but yeah, that's good advice to all the contestants out there.  Constant communication is one of the things I really want to stress in this competition.

Also, if I get 2 people to sign up for judges, I'll start the contest!

(if you sign up first round to be a judge, you won't be participating in that match -- you will be picked in a later match.  So it's fine for future contestants to judge)

One judge I was hoping to get was DJ.  If he sees this and says yes, that would be pretty awesome.

This sounds like a cool idea, but I won't be entering for a while, because I'm focusing on Nostalgia. Maybe after I get a beta out...

Spoiler For Projects:

My projects haven't been worked on in a while, so they're all on hiatus for the time being. I do hope to eventually return to them in some form or another...

Spoiler For Pokemon TI:
Axe port of Pokemon Red/Blue to the 83+/84+ family. On hold.

Spoiler For Nostalgia:
My big personal project, an original RPG about dimensional travel and a few heroes tasked with saving the world.
Coding-wise, on hold, but I am re-working the story.

Spoiler For Finale's Super Insane Tunnel Pack of Doom:
I will be combining Blur and Collision Course into a single gamepack. On hold.

Spoiler For Nostalgia Origins: Sky's Story:
Prequel to Nostalgia. On hold, especially while the story is re-worked.

Hmmm i'm reluctant to participate in a group project, as per my experience they have never ever worked out D:
I think it depends. If the project is small, it might work out well, but for large projects they got larger chances to fail, because eventually someone may move on or lose data, and with large projects this has higher chances of happening.)

This sounds interesting. I hope this works out well. :)

EDIT: ASHBAD sorry, I will probably not judge, as I already have too much on my plate, plus Christmas is coming so I'll get busier for a while with family stuff and at work. X.x

Can we just have the community vote like for cage matches?  it'd make things a lot simpler, and if its a tie, you break it?
