Generally, to clear my mind from negative stuff for a while (or permanently when I am just worried about something), I need to find myself distraction. Many games tend to not work, though. I generally listen to relaxing music, or music with beats but some soothing melodies, such as one of the song JCW posted lately. Coding and making music can work if I have the motivation to even start doing it at all. Otherwise, I try other kind of distractions like funny videos or messing around with stuff in image editors. It can fail, but in many cases it worked.
Another thing I sometimes do is go back in time and either play one of my old game or old song to make myself remember the old days.
