A fellow adventurer into the world of BASIC has downloaded my DDR program and put it in one program, with, from what i can see, minimal changes to the code. He now claims complete credit for this program, so what should I do?

LATER
Problem solved, he has his version, and I have mine, and he gives me an "inspired by" credit.

If someone is gonna use your program code in his work, normally he should give u credits, unless you stated people are free to use the code freely without giving credits. If someone release one of your (modified) program at ticalc as his own work then you can report it as innapropriate file

Well, I am not sure if anyone would really just rip off one of my games but who knows. I think if someone did I would report it, only if it was a total rip of my game. But if they just used some code I wouldn't mind, as my code isn't copy protected

lol, someone ripped AOD the graphical version. I felt happy that someone would pay attention to the game in such a way, but mad cause he said it was his and said I stole it from him...

One time I had someone claim I pirated Punisher IV to make NPO Vs Hays. I thought it was funny since apparently I pirated my own game engine.
