I'm fine with my Prizm for now just like DJ, but I do plan to buy an UbergraphX once the pre-orders are ready.

List of stuff I need to do before September:
1. Finish the Emulator of the Casio Prizm (in active development)
2. Finish the the SH3 asm IDE/assembler/linker program (in active development)
3. Create a partial Java virtual machine  for the Prizm (not started)
4. Create Axe for the Prizm with an Axe legacy mode (in planning phase)
5. Develop a large set of C and asm libraries for the Prizm (some progress)
6. Create an emulator of the 83+ for the Prizm (not started)
7. Create a well polished game that showcases the ability of the Casio Prizm (not started)

Maybe it could be done for the CX, with 89 with colours!!!
O.O

@Stefan: MYST with colours.

But I'd prefer a 83+ with emulator, even if no colours.

I'd a buy a CX right away.

I think MYST CX might be possible. But the thing is CYAN(the creator of myst) might sue the one who makes it because the whole game might fit on that calculator(no demo). Since I noticed that there excist myst demo for the ipod, I don't think i'll get sued because mine is a demo, which means they can't loose anything, just gain fame.
But yeah... MYST might look very pretty on the cx(and on the prism).

@Ashbad: You will never buy a calculator from TI, because they're locking them down? So you'll never buy a ti 89?

I am considering buying one, but, like yunhua98, I am hoping to get one for free if I can participate/do well at ARML.

We don't get them free around here... I may get one for Christmas.

Voted the bottom option. I'm very dissapointed in TI for locking down the Nspire and putting a shitty LCD in the original NSpires. They've done a lot wrong with them and don't deserve my monies. :P

I agree totally.  So I'll stick with Casio Prism and maybe buy the Classpad when they come out with one that has a color screen.

If the Lua programming scene progresses, I will most likely buy a CX over the summer.  :)

I wonder how the colors with that will work.
I'm going to get one if I have enough money after getting a uberGraphX and Scout trips

I think that is the biggest reason I would get the CX.  Colors. :hyper:

I hope TI does not mess the programming up badly, though.

They'll probably add something to it to prevent us from using the Lua.
Maybe that is why they released 3.0 before the CX to see if we could hack the programming

Yeah, they did something awesome. I'm reasonably sure they knew we'd find it. Otherwise, the tns might need to be signed before it ran a script.
