Hmm I see. As for Axe, I don't remember, it might be that, because of "axe"-ecute.

Yeah, the logo is an axe, axecuting.

Umm, I'm pretty sure it had more to do with the fact that axes are the most often thought of tool for executing, not because the name axe fits into the word so well. :P Now it's true for people and programs! :w00t:

ZER0ES: The object of the game is to Get all the numbers at the bottom to equal 0, and the E is in there so that it looks pretty down the side of the screen. ZER0ES IV's alternate name, ZER0GS comes from the fact that it runs off the graph screen.
ZAI/ZAIGS: ZER0ES Artificial Intelligence, geddit? This is a program that plays ZER0ES, and it actually moves the falling number as if someone was playing it. The original ZAI started from ZER0ES2, and its engine was developed in tandem with ZER0ES3. While ZAI's engine gave the field the topography of a torus, the AI didn't use it. ZAIGS uses a modification of the ZER0GS engine and uses the torus.
MAROS: this one comes from a typo. It was supposed to be MACROS, but the C got typo'd and I liked the result.
In other news, Frey continues kicking unprecedented levels of ass.

project *Snake X* *cough* ;)

The game is on hiatus due to lack of a combination of things, but 'The Revolution' came from it being having a plot most/all versions of snake don't have and thats a main puzzle mode which is unique.
Loved this place, still the best producers of power metal, and sparked my dreams of coding.

Gateways: Portals of Time: Gateways exist in plenty in this world as a means of traveling through the levels of the world, and then there are 5 special gateways of time that are crucial to the storyline.  Although I added them originally because I wanted to let the main character be able to use an RPG.  :P

Bomberman: Ask Nintendo.  ;)

Sonic: Failed physics engine attempt.

EDIT:  Checkers:  I don't know why

btw, if your seeing Sonic and Checkers and your getting excited, don't do so yet, I'm just tinkering mostly.  ;)  I'm stuck on AI with Checkers.  :(

Punix: stands for Puny Unix. It's a small Unix-like OS for the TI-68k calcs.

I was also considering a couple other names that are a little bit NSFW.
Spoiler For if you're curious:
Anux or Penix :D

Tale of the Lost Map... I was looking for a cool name for an RPG and came up with this idea. I kinda went backward, cuz I planned my storyline around the title, not make a title after I made my storyline.

Spoiler For funny life mathematics:
1. ROMANCE MATHEMATICS
Smart man + smart woman = romance
Smart man + dumb woman = affair
Dumb man + smart woman = marriage
Dumb man + dumb woman = pregnancy
2. OFFICE ARITHMETIC
Smart boss + smart employee = profit
Smart boss + dumb employee = production
Dumb boss + smart employee = promotion
Dumb boss + dumb employee = overtime
3. SHOPPING MATH
A man will pay $2 for a $1 item he needs.
A woman will pay $1 for a $2 item that she doesn't need.
4. GENERAL EQUATIONS & STATISTICS
A woman worries about the future until she gets a husband.
A man never worries about the future until he gets a wife.
A successful man is one who makes more money than his wife can spend.
A successful woman is one who can find such a man.
5. HAPPINESS
To be happy with a man, you must understand him a lot and love him a little.
To be happy with a woman, you must love her a lot and not try to understand her at all.
6. LONGEVITY
Married men live longer than single men do, but married men are a lot more willing to die.
7. PROPENSITY TO CHANGE
A woman marries a man expecting he will change, but he doesn't.
A man marries a woman expecting that she won't change, and she does.
8. DISCUSSION TECHNIQUE
A woman has the last word in any argument.
Anything a man says after that is the beginning of a new argument.

Girls = Time * Money (Girls are a combination of time and money)
Time = Money (Time is money)
Girls = Money squared (So, girls are money squared)
Money = sqrt(Evil) (Money is also the root of all evil)
Girls = sqrt(Evil) squared (So, girls are the root of all evil squared)
Girls = Evil (Thus, girls are evil)
*Girls=Evil credit goes to Compynerd255*

Evil Prgm - Because I felt totally evil in actually writing this program.

Daemons - I wanted a name that would give the concept of the game with out using the name Pokemon. I had read and loved daniel Suarez's Daemon so I used the name.

Ninja Gaiden - Cmon, most if not all of you have at least heard of this game. :P

Spoiler For IMPORTANT NEWS!:
Late last night, Quebec was invaded by a group calling themselves, "Omnimaga". Not much is known about these mysterious people except that they all carried calculators of some kind and they all seemed to converge on one house in particular. Experts estimate that the combined power of their fabled calculators is greater than all the worlds super computers put together. The group seems to be holding out in the home of a certain DJ_O, who the Omnimagians claim to be their founder. Such power has put the world at a standstill with everyone waiting to see what the Omnimagians will do...

Wait... This just in, the Omnimagians have sent the UN a list of demands that must be met or else the world will be "submitted to the wrath of Netham45's Lobster Army". Such demands include >9001 crates of peanuts, sacrificial blue lobsters, and a wide assortment of cherry flavored items. With such computing power stored in the hands of such people, we can only hope these demands are met.

In the wake of these events, we can only ask, Why? Why do these people make these demands, what caused them to gather, and what are their future plans...
