Is it zStart or Axe or how did this just happen O.o two apps with the same name O.o

Are they the same app? if so, it could just be an error with the menu with two references to the same app.

If it was compiled with the new version of Axe (1.2.0) there is a bug that can cause this glitch.  The apps actually do have different 8th characters, but the menu doesn't show this.

Yeah, it was a bug in axe 1.2.0
