Oh wait, that is why we backup all of the files on the calc before trying an asm program... Or, that could just be me...

ew this sucks, this killed one of my major project a long while ago :(sad.gif but did you did what said in the readme to recover your programs?

QUOTE
>How do I use it?
Just run it and press a sequence of keys to be the "unlock" combination. It can be made up of almost any key (including [2nd] and [ALPHA] shifted versions, except [CLEAR] and [ENTER]). Press [CLEAR] to abort or [ENTER] when done entering it. Then it's installed.

Once installed, any attempt to reset the memory will hide all appropriate programs and Flash applications. To show and use them again, enter the combination from earlier at any screen or menu.
If afterward you didnt do a real reset maybe they will reappear? And I thought you were programming in asm, so shouldn't you have a copy of them on the PC?

Actually, it was probably the fact that it apparently uninstalled itself after I tried it with RAM clear...

Edit: @DJ, I program asm oncalc... :banghead:banghead.gif

No, it uninstalls itself after being used once. I used it with RAM Clear. It uninstalled. I used Reset All. Kaboom.

Not cool.  I guess I'm not messing with any fake RAM Clear programs anytime soon.

@calc84maniac: sorry to hear this happened. What projects did you lose completely aka had no backup of at all on the computer?

I lost:
Project M (restored the binary, though)
Latest version of OTBP Assembler (gives me an excuse to rewrite it)
My interrupt-based sound routine (not too hard to remake, I guess)
The small progress with GSM2
Most of the SMB2 sprites I made over the past couple of weeks
Xtravar Beta 2 source code (salvaged the binary, that's all I need I guess)
...anything else on that calc, pretty much.
