On the normal setting, yes.  But that's for cheaterers ;)

The game is more about making the settings it's more fun for you to play, and not to beat your highscores -- which I find to be beterer

I tried it and it's quite nice with all the weird options. But as suggestion I would:

-make the default precision 2
-exit the option menu with CLEAR instead of MODE (and maybe improve the key detection for the menu, since I had to pull a battery once, thinking it froze, while it just didn't respond to my MODE keypresses)
-Moving up/down with up or down instead of left/right, else it's a bit hard to control the car
-I also noticed a bug when you move up/down too fast: one of the car line takes the entire screen height sometimes, as it seems to loop back at the top/bottom.

Other than that it seems nice and pretty customizeable. Some modes were quite wacky :P (like Coolio mixed with pimp :P)
