Yeah there are a lot of games for the 89ti (amazing games I might add), which is why I bought it in the first place, but I could never get over my 84+SE.

eh and it would have been a lot more effort. It'll be easier this way and it helps out another omni member. win-win

Yep, hope you like it. If there happens to be any problems, just let me know. There shouldn't be, but you never know.

They're great calcs, for both gaming and math.  But there is one thing you should keep in mind when using it for class: don't rely too heavily on its symbolic manipulations/calculations.  I've known a lot of people whose (math) test grades suddenly dropped after they got an 89 :(

The only problem is, is that the case that covers it doesn't slide off easily. Not really a technical issue or anything, but I thought I'd let you know.
I had the same problem.  It loosens up eventually :)

I like my 89t, my only gripe is that it's a PITA to use the BASIC editor, because when you have been used to a ABCDEFG keypad layout and end up with one where certain letters are scrambled it's annoying to have to go correct typos every few seconds, but you can get used to it I think. THe TI-85 also had slightly different letter locations
