Wait a sec, I just realized that we have an active female member.  Wow.
[/sexist internet stupidity]

Where did all that come from, matthias?

First of all because you used the word "fail" which is prohibited in my dictionary :)
To quote the lovely folks from 'Mythbusters', "failure is always an option".

NLP is providing structures and methods that work on 99% of the people. And if one method does not work on person A then changes are very slim a other method wont work either. NLP also wields the power of language. Both verbal and nonverbal language. NLP has some much tricks in it that it has a 100% succes rate because no one is completely immune to NLP (except for the dead xD)
It is impossible to have a 100% success rate--at least, not without someone fudging the data. And until you provide me with quantifiable, unbiased, scientific fact, I am inclined to be very dubious of your claims.

impossible to have a 100% success rate?

- every time i take a breath, i breathe in air. 100% of the time. successfully.
- this soccer season, i successfully played in every single JVA game. that's 100%.
- i didn't miss school the entire first quarter. i was successfully, 100%, in attendance.

clearly, someone is fudging the data on my life, because it is impossible to not miss school for 45 days. you must have at least one absence. that word impossible is thrown around too much. i don't agree completely with matthias either, but i'm not going to call his theory impossible.

* King Graphmastur puts this topic back on topic once again.

People, stop arguing! Make another topic if you want to argue about your ideas and such, just not in Sir's thread like this.

Sir, i haven't exactly been reading along (just saw matthias' psychology thing and became engrossed), but i saw your first post. i'm very sorry, though it looks like you're managing to get some progress done on most projects

Bugs me too, really. If you make a topic about it, we all might participate in it. ;-)

@SirCmpwn: Will you get scholarships to go to college, will you pay, or will your parents pay? It would be best if your parents paid nothing, IMHO.

Except for Adam hurting himself :p

But Graphmaster is right, back to the topic.

Wow, that sucks Sir. Are you still allowed to program on the computer, because I'm sure you could do the Assembly in notepad and Wabbit, even if Wabbit doesn't perfectly emulate the z80.

My parents offered to pay for every cent of community college.  I can't refuse.
Qwerty.55, yes.  I feel like everyone is taking this out of proportion.  It really isn't too bad.  I'm here posting, aren't I?  I just can't connect calc to computer, or program in asm on-calc (let's see how long it takes them to realize what Axe is ;)).  My only major asm project is KnightOS, though, and I'm facing some 84+ compatibility issues that must be tested on hardware, and I don't want to move on too much until they are fixed.

I see. Can't refuse as in "too good to be true" or can't refuse as in "I can't refuse. They won't let me."

I hear Colorado State has some research positions open for Undergrads...

*Wishes he knew anyone at CSU so he could put in a good word for Sir, even if he doesn't want to go*

Okay. I see then. That's fine, I just figured it would be better if they didn't pay and couldn't hold that aspect over your head.

Also, 4 more posts til I'm lucky!

Ah ok. I was worried because it seemed like you would not be able to code anything calc-related for a long while. X.x
