Once again, i find myself typing up a thread trying to get members at the Union site... once again, i would rather be doing something else... but just the same, its important to me, and im getting tired of being one of 3 active posters... (me, tifreak, and rivereye)... so, heres the sales pitch, where im gonna try to get you to join something else... another forum...
The TI-Programming Union is a Union of several Programming Groups/communities, designed to unify them while promoting their individuality... in case you dont understand that (i know you do, but i cant leave the post that short), it means one thing - FREE PUBLICITY... if everyone does their share, posts on the forums, and puts up a link, it should help out everyone else... like communism, but without the communists... (sry... bad joke)...
the moral of the post is: join up, its free, and it helps, i promise...

Your site doesn't provide anything new. All things found on your site can be found at your members' own sites. You also have forums for every member, even for Cemetech - who already have their own big forums!
Try and make it more attractive, dynamic, and engaging! As I see it now, it's updated once a month, has a confusing layout, and has 3 active posters
Brainstorm some more ideas that will set it apart from other TI sites even more!

true. I'd agree there. You even link to my forums, when they are on my site. I think it is overkill sometimes.

I do think everyone should still join though, because then we would have a list of every TI programming groups in existence

the user forum is meant as an announcement, not a primary board... as to cemetech, of course they have a user forum, they are the other co-founder!
it is updated once a month, i update it once every couple days, though i dont change the site news unless i do something major...
and of course, the 3 active posters problem is what im trying to fix...
as to a confusing layout, what PRECISELY do you mean (sry for the emphasis, but i need details...)... i thought it was simple... clicky the linky to go see the pagey!
as to more ideas: IM ONE PERSON! THE OTHER CO-FOUNDER HAS 3 POSTS, AND HASNT HELPED MUCH... IM SRY... i try, but its a bit much...
gaah... delete that... forgot to login...

Sometimes troll that email you saying stuff like "L!573N |_|R 57|_|P!D F*C|
. I never got that kind of emails but I got many asking how to get my game to work but didnt even mentionned which one.
this is the kind of troll to not worry about or to get fun with. When they arent speaking in l33t and look more serious it can be time to worry about tho, unless you ignore them

no, my favorite was some idiot talking about my "shades of gray" program...
QUOTE
your program does not make grayscale! it flashes lines on and off to make darker shades of black!

i know... the funny part was that he thought "darker shades of black" was different from grayscale... i thought it was pretty darn close!
