For the last round, you have to SHOW your project : you will have a page of the website for each project like for zContest, and you must do that people who visit the website vote for you. :D

also, I wonder if I can have optional pic file allowed. D: If that's possible, I think I can save about 200 bytes off. (My AI is getting big because it's advanced AI which is 1500 bytes... I might have to find the way to optimize D:)

Yeong, your mention of the word "picture" made me remember a technique I used for braille translation 5 years ago on my calc.
