Oh well, it's just a 80 after all, although it kinda sucks since it's a piece of collection.

I guess it probably didn't help that the calc remained under a pile of 12 other calcs for months. The 80 is cheaply made. The plastic bends easily so if you drop it on the floor, it easily break.

By the way, the TI-80 was released in 1995, used 2 lithium batteries instead of 4 AAAs, had a 64x48 LCD and a 980 KHz processor.

The worst part about this slow processor is scrolling to an error in a BASIC program. At 3-4 lines per second on ERR:MSG 1:Goto it takes ages to scroll through a 6 KB program. X.x
